Responsibilities:
- Lead and support different project workstreams, and manage overall project activities, plans, and schedules associated with deliverables and milestones
- Gather and translate user requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible for software developers/vendors.
- Co-ordinate with different project stakeholders to define and execute user test scenarios and cases
- Technical project management including lead on the design, development, and rollout of technological solutions that support a working model operating within cloud programs including Office 365
- Ensure an appropriate level of information security in line with business demands and associated risks
- Responsible for overall IT security management implementation including security control and assessment
- Identify process improvement spots in Finance, Treasury, business segments, develop solutions and make recommendations to senior management
- Development of appropriate performance dashboard reports from both departmental and product levels, with support from functional and business teams
- Accountable for the successful delivery of all technology workstreams and ensuring they are understood at an operational level within the company
- Support users in the adoption of new MIS software/ programs and optimize software utilization to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Assist in ad-hoc project
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years related working experience in the role of business analyst in project management team, previous MIS/IT experience with financial services and/or property will be a plus
- Tech-savvy with an understanding of the business workflow for application to the system
- Solid experience in collecting user requirements and preparing system functional specification documents
- ERP experience in financial system implementation is an added advantage
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure e.g. Window Server, Firewall, VPN etc.
- Domain knowledge of real estate / asset management is an advantage
- Excellent Interpersonal skills, self-initiation with a positive attitude, and a self-learning mindset
- Excellent communication & presentation skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong planning and organizational skills with good business sense
- Systems analysis and design techniques
- Ability to work independently with strong sense of responsibility
- Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English, Mandarin a plus
