Midtown Centre has been awarded Development of the Year 2023

We are proud to announce that Midtown Centre has been awarded “Development of the Year 2023”. This mixed-use development, along with an innovative office project and the merging of two inner-city office towers into one workplace, are among the winners of the Property Council’s 2023 Rider Levett Bucknall State/Territory Development of the Year awards.

Now in its 41st year in partnership with Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB), the Innovation and Excellence Award program highlights groundbreaking innovations and exceptional leadership in Australia’s property industry.

Midtown Centre sets a new benchmark in commercial development through its architecture, sustainability, innovative design, and construction, exemplifying how to repurpose existing underutilized assets into a contemporary workplace. This project successfully merges two adjoining buildings nearing the end of their economic lives in the Brisbane CBD.
