Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the full spectrum of company secretarial duties for onshore and offshore companies in different jurisdictions
- Prepare minutes, resolutions, statutory forms and returns and related corporate documents for Group subsidiaries
- Monitor, update and maintain the Group’s different internal checklists and corporate records (e.g. minute book, registers, agreements, etc.)
- Liaise with offshore service agents and banks to handle statutory filing requirements and KYC processes for various jurisdictions
- Assist to data collection and drafting for ESG Report
- Assist the Group’s restructuring projects including but not limited to preparation of documents and arrange proper filings in compliance with relevant statutory requirements accordingly etc.
- Assist supervisor in researching and preparing the rules and regulations update relating to corporate governance matters from time to time
- Liaise, negotiate and coordinate with various internal and external parties involved regarding company secretarial and statutory compliance matters
- Handle ad-hoc company secretarial related assignments
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above
- Finalist of ICSA / HKICS or above
- Minimum of 3-4 years company secretarial experience in professional firms

- A collaborative team player with good communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills
- Proactive, well organized, detail-minded, self-motivated and independent
- Motivated by multiple tasks and deadlines, with the ability to work under pressure within a tight schedule
Technical Skills:
- Good knowledge of company secretarial duties and familiarize with Companies Ordinance
- Proficiency in company secretarial software, CSA (Expert Edition)
- Experience in various jurisdictions (Including the British Virgin Islands, Luxembourg, PRC, United Kingdom)
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Including Mandarin)
- Proficiency in PC operations including MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
