We are proud to announce that the iconic landmark Central Plaza project on Dame St, Dublin, undertaken by Stewart Construction has been awarded “Project of the Year Award” at the Irish Construction Excellence Awards 2023 (“ICE Awards”).
Central Plaza represents one of the largest redevelopment projects that Dublin has ever seen, aiming to bring 166,000 square feet of retail, office, and restaurants to the city centre. The building design and construction methods of The Central Plaza displayed pioneering technical innovation. A visionary development, made possible by a joint venture between Peterson & Hines in 2017, has received a LEED Gold environmental certification on completion.
The success of the project has been all about applying new thinking and modern design and construction to redefine and sustain this building to ensure it remains both relevant and valued well into the future.
