Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, organizing and executing various sales-driven programs, marketing campaigns and PR activities for shopping malls and group projects
- Manage market research, market analysis and CRM program
- Liaise with tenants for collaboration and joint promotion opportunities
- Collaborate with different parties and deliver the best possible solutions to ensure the effective execution of marketing campaigns, production of marketing materials and brand image enhancement etc.
- Support the development and maintenance of company websites, mobile application
- Assist in managing digital promotion platform such as, Facebook, Instagram and other advertising platform
- Copywriting for promotion materials
- Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate or related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in promotion, marketing or public relations in shopping malls is preferred
- Relevant experience in social media agencies or PR, branding and advertising agencies is an advantage
Personal Qualities:
- Self-motivated, creative, responsible with good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
- Proactive, well-organized and detail-minded with good business sense
- Willing to station on-site as necessary
- Willing to work on weekends or public holidays as necessary
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
- Knowledge of design software (Illustrator/ Photoshop / In-design)
- Experience in Photo shooting / video editing is an advantage
