Responsibilities:
- Maintain full set of financial books and records for entities engaged mainly in property business including property investment, management, leasing and development, and other investment businesses
- Assist in Financial and Management Reporting
- Issue debit notes for leasing companies accurately and timely
- Liaise with vendors and/or relevant business units regarding payments and expense claims
- Review tax computation for assigned companies
- Involve in group budget preparation for assigned companies
- Perform ad-hoc assignments as required
Requirements:
- Associate Degree in Accounting with LCCI Higher/AAT or above
- Student member of professional qualification
- Minimum of 5 years relevant working experience in handling full set of accounts.
- Solid experience in property investment and leasing business is highly regarded

- Good problem-solving skills and able to meet tight deadlines
- Attention to details with excellent data-entry skills and sensitive to figures

Technical Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly good in Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing
- Good knowledge of various accounting software e.g. FLEX Accounting, FION, SUN, SAP, Oracle or other ERP experience is preferred
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
