Responsibilities:
- Handle full range of leasing duties including site inspection, new lettings and renewals
- Assist to maintain and build good relationship with existing & potential tenants, and property agents
- Conduct market research on rental information and prepare analysis report
- Coordinate premises takeover and handover, renovation and fitting out work
- Handle tenant’s enquiries including rental billing and collection
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Real Estate, Marketing or property related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years solid experience in handling retail leasing including residential and offices is preferred
- Relevant experience in shopping mall leasing with developers or landlords is a definite advantage
- Candidate with less experience will be considered for Asset Officer role

- Passion to learn with good common sense and good business acumen

Technical Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office applications including Excel, Word & PowerPoint
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin a plus
