Winter Solstice Poon Choi Feast Event 2024

We are proud to announce that ouron December 20, 2024.  The event was organized by KHW Opera (錦紅華劇團) and supported by Sham Shui Po District Office, taken place at the Sham Shui Po Maple Street Playgound.  It was a rewarding experience that allowed us to give back to the community and connect with others who are passionate about making a difference.  This meaningful event included workshops on home safety, anti-fraud performances and a delightful Poon Choi Feast serving over 1,250 low-income families, sub-divided households, single-parent families and seniors.

While enjoying the Ppon Choi, all participants enjoyed the show and received a lucky bag (福袋) before leaving.  We are happy to see that everyone have a lively and joyful Winter Solstice celebration on the evening.   We felt honour to have the opportunity to contribute to such a significant event that brings warmth and happiness to our community.
