The cooperative partners determined throughout the planning stage that the building should be oriented as the new benchmark for the upscale luxury residences in Hong Kong regarding the critical geography and dwindling availability of massive new properties in the surrounding area. As a result, the building’s structure radiates upwards and is adapted to accommodate compact and huge apartments.
The structure stretches upward in the form of radiation, which becomes a distinguishing feature of the structure and redefines the new model of the mid-mountain house.
