Ampersand is Peterson Group’s first UK investment – a forward funding project with a local professional property fund. The building is a prime office and residential building located in the heart of Soho. It boasts four floors of Grade A office space and two penthouse floors featuring luxury apartments.

The building was the result of a collaborative effort between architects, artists, furniture designers, graphic designers, and interior designers, resulting in a project that truly embodies the unique character of Soho – a blend of commerce and creativity. The addition of two new penthouse floors was a deliberate design choice to attract passers-by to the public reception area.

In 2015, the building was refurbished and then leased to a publicly traded corporation in the United States. Peterson Group saw this as a defensive investment, with many of our principles suggesting a promising future.
