Double Cove, Hong Kong

Double Cove, located on a peninsula between Starfish Bay and Wu Kai Sha Beach, is noted for its stunning natural landscapes.

The project began with the assembly of agricultural land, after which the consortium applied for planning permission to convert the site into a large-scale, comprehensive residential / commercial scheme.

With its unique location on a twin-cove coastline, Double Cove is designed with a blend of modernity and natural beauty, yet conveniently located with access to Hong Kong’s railway system. As a result, the project management is also creating a mixed collage of nature and culture with several works of art by renowned local and international artists.
