Midtown Centre is a joint venture between Peterson and Ashe Morgan, a Sydney based property asset manager. The asset was acquired at the end of 2017 and the joint venture partners plan to fully refurbish and extend the asset, which is expected to be completed in 2020. The asset was previously known as Health and Forestry building and the seat of the identical named Government departments. It sits in a key location in Midtown Brisbane and on the connecting route between the new Queens Wharf development and the Golden Triangle business district. Following the extension of the asset, it will offer large floorplates which are lacking in Brisbane and therefore offer highly sought after office space for prospective tenants.
