Spot! is a community shopping centre and office development in one of the traditional suburbs of Hong Kong – now an expanding new town but with a limited supply of modern developments to service the growing needs of the middle class and tourists. The company was able to source the site and develop a project to provide a new, chic shopping experience compared to the somewhat outdated older shopping centres in the neighbourhood.

Spot! occupies a strategic location in the heart of Sheung Shui – a key transit point between Shenzhen and urban Hong Kong – and is conveniently connected by footbridge to the railway station. As the first vertical mall in the district, it has a diverse mix of shops and restaurants including well-known brands, a kids’ zone and a supermarket, making it a perfect place for both local residents and tourists to enjoy a contemporary shopping experience. Peterson was the development manager for this project and is also the asset manager of the building.
